Is your avatar supposed to remind people of a gray 'denied/deleted' symbol?
Unfortunately what's happening is I haven't decided on an avatar / background for my sites & pages, so I made something to use for now that is simple and has a couple of aesthetic design elements. For now that will have to be my icon while I work on setting up my website and social media pages. When I'm ready to start posting new artworks again - maybe in a few months - I hope to update my icon/avatar!
